Jen began her career over 25 years ago and has held various roles for a myriad of industries in complementary areas, including internal and external audit for both accounting and IT, risk mitigation, fraud, internal controls and SOX, privacy law and other compliance requirements, cybersecurity, process optimization, system implementation, cloud software management, project management, strategy, and more.

In 2016, she further immersed herself in the SaaS world as the only Audit Product Strategist at Workday® and was the worldwide leader to help over 700 organizations around the globe set up internal control to mitigate risk using the Workday® platform.  Today, she is the most knowledgeable in this space.    

Passionate about risk mitigation, Jen started ARC Services, LLC to devote her time to help organizations with internal controls and audits for the Workday® platform.  Additionally, she is a board member with the Institute of Internal Auditors to educate leaders on emerging technologies, trends, up-and-coming regulatory changes, and best practices for control, risk and governance.  While serving in various global and cross-functional corporate leadership roles, she has enjoyed mentoring and developing teams and executives to reach their full potential.

Driven by moral values, Jen always wants to do the right thing, and help organizations achieve compliance.  On a quest for continuous learning, she appreciates understanding the details, and collaborating with each department to address the right risk at the right time in order to accomplish business objectives.  Obsessed with optimization, she enjoys finding new ways to increase efficiencies while reducing cost and risk.

Jen has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems and is certified as a public accountant (CPA), fraud examiner (CFE), and information systems auditor (CISA) through the international organization ‘Information Systems Audit and Control Association’, of which she co-founded a local chapter. 

Originating from Silicon Valley, Jen recently moved to the panhandle of Idaho, and is surrounded and inspired by natural beauty, as well as a menagerie of animals.  In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors and adopts and trains wild mustangs to help these magnificent horses find good homes.
